Monitoring - The upgrade of the Learn database has been completed and tested by our team with both SSO and regular logins working as expected.
Due to the nature of the upgrade and the caching employed by the system there is a possibility a small number of users may encounter an error message when trying to login. If any of your users encounter a problem logging in please send details of the users name and email address to your CSM or our support team and we will investigate.

Update - Evotix Learn is currently unavailable for users and administrators.
We have identified the cause. To resolve the issue, Learn has been taken offline to perform an upgrade that was planned during the maintenance window for Sunday, April 28.
The update is progressing well and the team is preparing to test that the upgrade was successful.
We will provide the next update once the issue is resolved and Learn is available again.
